The Identity Of Intergrity and the Corruption Struggle

'Sometimes many fail not because they so treasure failure but because they refuse to see success'. No doubt, the GEJ led administration may have come nd gone buh it's setbacks, pitfalls nd social cum economic stagnancy will forever remain a course for historian and student of the society to lesson from. The bane of success has been attributed largely to the ignorance of our critical thought nd reasoning towards realities as it affects our decision making in policy implementation. Hmm! 'little wonders'. The new led administration headed by Gen. Muhammadu Buhari nd prof. Yemi Osibanjo(the perfect sets) must have gone through the facts nd file to learn from the very avoidable mistakes which their predecessor plunges into gallantly without a proper perusal as that is why they are indeed taking their time to read between this very fatal lines differentiating policies nd politics as this remains the only road map to keeping their age long identity of integrity. Critics may possibly have a dissenting nd diverging opinion as it were, but if truth be told, Gen. Buhari has a long standing profile of integrity nd discipline glued to his name as his antecedents both in the military nd political space is considered res'isa le'quito (truth speaks for itself)in the legal parlance . On August 27 1985, he was overthrown by Ibrahim Badamosi Babaginda(IBB) nd other members of the ruling supreme military council(SMC) ostensibly because he insisted on investigating allegations of fraudulent awards of contract in the military of Defence. Prior to that coup, he introduced the war against indiscipline on march 20 1985 which obviously brought sanity nd morality to the both the civil service nd the Nigerian states. His records as federal commissioner for petroleum resources in march 1976 remains a journey in clean slate. His concise nd meticulous service as the chairman of PTF made the NEW AFRICAN a reputable magazines based in London to write a report about his stewardship in 1998 calling it achievements 'A Rare Success' diagnosed in Transparency. *sigh* 'Needless to say as the list are countless'. Consequently, there is absolutely no gain saying President Muhammadu Buhari is new to the fight against corruption as his identity on integrity and his mantra for good governance speaks for itself in a very grandstanding sincerity of purpose and judgemental eloquence#Change......
