Shocking as expert reveals that 20m Nigerian are infected with the Hepatitis virus

A Gastroenterologist in the Abubakar tafawa Balewa Teaching Hospital has revealed the alarming 20m Nigerians living with the very deadly and dreaded Hepatitis virusNo fewer than 20 million people are infected with Hepatitis virus in Nigeria.
Statistics by experts show that by2040, Nigeria’s population growth would have quadruplewithout commensurate amenities and employment to sustain it
Dr Umar, who who gave this revelation in Bauchi as part of the activities to mark this year hepatitis week stated that over 3.6 million people are currently living with this dreadful virus in Bauchi state. He however emphasised on how the virus is spread through an unsterized blood carrier and therfore stressed the need for a proper vaccination.
“The hepatitis disease has become very worrisome because current reports show that over 400 million people are being infected with the virus worldwide.”
“Children, especially the new born child, are supposed to vaccinated to prevent contacting the virus. Once they are immunized, their bodies will develop anti-bodies that will fight the disease,” 
Hmm! Sad to say the least, just hope the general public stick to this advice and promotes a healthy lifestyle...
