OBJ ask GEJ to show remorse in a recent letter written
For obvious reasons, just when Nigerians thought the letter writing flair has lost his candour, former president olusegun obasanjo and immediate past president good luck jonathan is not in anyway part of this school of thought as the duo continues to bring back the good old days in style.
In a latest written letter to the otueke man from baba in ota in response to a letter written him by former president Goodluck Jonathan soliciting for his support in his new foundation "Goodluck Jonathan Foundation".
While chief obasanjo acknowledge him for his sportsmanship during and after the 2015 general elections, he however enjoin him to use this meduim to reflect and be remorseful about his previous administration stating that the lesson learnt shouldn't be thrown away.
In his words, “All of us who have had experience in our service to the nation and to humanity must not put it under the bushel.”
Chief Obasanjo further said, “Maybe, seeking how to be better and more serviceable to the nation and humanity is also a form of repentance and soul-searching to give conscience a relief and to show remorse.”
Similarly, it will be recalled that chief obasanjo wrote the famous 22pages letter to the then president during his administration stating some odds and black lashes as it were.
