ISIS planning "special forces style" says EUROPOL report

Following the proliferation of coordinated attacks by the Islamic militant sect group ISIS, a report by the Europe law enforcement agency EUROPOL has revealed some kind of change of tactics by this dreaded Islamic militant group.

However, in a warning note,  it indicates that Europe should be more prepared and vigilant as the dreaded militant group is advancing a more ruthless and coordinated planned attack, saying that similar to the last year December paris attack style may not be far from it.

The militant group is planning more large scale "special forces style" which according to an official need not be carried out inside Syria, their operating base.

Subsequently, the dreaded militants now have smaller camp in some EU and Balkan countries where small scale training are enforced in addition to their operation facilities in Syria.

According to the reports, attacks will be majorly directed at location known as "soft target" with their aim been the number of population such strikes may consumed.

The reports titled "changes in the modus operandi of the Islamic state terrorist group" announces a situation where the operation of the terrorist group is constantly evolving in practice and also where two method of threats have been derived viz; coordinated attack and lone wolf attack"

"The Paris attacks, and subsequent investigation, appear to indicate a shift towards a broader strategy of [ISIS] going global, of them specifically attacking France, but also the possibly of attacks against other Member States of the EU in the near future," the report said.

It also gives a vivid information about some of the new ways the Islamic militant group is adopting. 

Though, the report did not specifically see the recent migrant influx as a possible threat for the dreaded ISIS to take advantage from, but expresses her fear that most migrant might become vulnerable to radicalization once in Europe which makes them specific target for terror recruiters.
