Olisa Agbakoba insist on more details on the Buhari china trip

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria and former president of the Nigeria Bar Association Mr Olisa Agbakoba has raised his fears and concern over the recent presidential trip to china and her subsequent trade agreements deal.

The senior advocate of Nigeria who hinted that he is yet to come to clarification with the terms and agreement of such kind of trade deal insisted that such information need not to be too far from the reach of public knowledge. According to Mr Agbakoba, he explained that the federal government should provide more details involving this recent bilateral involvement between the two countries.

Mr Agbakoba whose worries not only surpasses the complexities of such deal but he is also concern about the legal aspect of such agreement noting that while trying to revamp the economy, we should be careful so as not to indulge ourselves in certain pitfalls that may further plunge the nation into an uncertain situation.

The senior advocate reveals further that there are two framework in international trade viz; multi lateral or bilateral investments negotiations. Mr Agbakoba noted that while he was sure the deal wasn't the former,it is still however  unclear if it is a bilateral investment negotiation or simply a bilateral trade agreement as it were.

Though, the Chinese economy brings a lot more to the table insisting that such templates was a greater stride to a better economy, the senior advocate also noted the need for Nigeria to put her acts  together if we must achieve greatness as nation.
