The former FIFA and CAF executive maintain that the choice of Gernot Rohr as technical adviser for the super eagles team is indeed a square peg in a round hole, saying that the Franco-German tactician is not the right person to led the super eagles to the required height it deserved given the seemingly challenge that now lies ahead. Adamu who said Rohr lacks the technical pedigree to become technical adviser, announced that as far as he is concerned, the super eagles national team is yet to have a coach or technical adviser as claimed.

"He does not have the pedigree, i don't know him, Adamu told Hot FM in Abuja-For now, we do not have a coach," Adumu added.  According to the disgraced FIFA executive, Rohr is on a mission set to damage the nations national team and as far as he knows, Rohr has nothing to offer.

On his take on the NFF boss, Adamu criticize his administrative skills in handling football administration in Nigeria and however advised him to toll the hard path of honour by tendering his resignation if only he has got the integrity to do that. "It is not in our culture to resign even if it is the right thing to do. He should take responsibility for his action, but it wont happen. Who will enforce it?  he said. Who is in that ministry to enforce it? Adamu ask in rhetoric.

"We are also suffering from a culture of poverty and so people asking him to resign, will be bought over, and before you know it, they will be singing a different song".  Adamu ended.
