Hillary Clinton urged to order a recounts
Following her shocking and very surprising defeat that has forever changed the electoral expectations of majority of Americans, the democratic presidential candidates Hillary Clinton has been recently urged both by lawyers experts and major computer scientist to order for a recounts of votes in three key swings states that caused her the presidency over arch republican rival Donald Trump.
Hillary Clinton has widened her lead in the popular vote to 1.5 percentage points, a spread not seen for a losing candidate since the disputed election of 1876. Mrs. Clinton’s lead now exceeds the winning percentages of seven presidents, five of whom also won the Electoral College. And it has given rise to a push from liberal activists to demand audits in three states won narrowly by Mr. Trump: Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. The University of Michigan computer scientist J. Alex Halderman posted an extensive explanation on Wednesday.
with a clear new votes tallied from New Jersey, Illinois, Maryland and California, Mrs. Clinton’s popular vote lead reached 2,017,563 overnight as this has continued to question the veracity surrounding how she lost an election given the huge amount of percentage votes in which she uses in surpassing her Republican rival. Aside president Barrack Obama in 2008 and 2011, no one had ever came close to getting that huge amount of popular votes without clinching the presidency as ii were.
According to a New York Times reports, researchers informed Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta and campaign general counsel Marc Elias of potential discrepancies last Thursday, noting, “… in Wisconsin, Clinton received 7 percent fewer votes in counties that relied on electronic-voting machines compared with counties that used optical scanners and paper ballots. Based on this statistical analysis, Clinton may have been denied as many as 30,000 votes; she lost Wisconsin by 27,000.”
Hillary Clinton who had been primed to be the 45th president of the United States got the shocker of her political career when showman cum real estate billionaire Donald Trump against the odds took the electoral college win en route becoming the next president of the United States.
Presently, Trump has 290 Electoral College votes, whereas Clinton has 232. Michigan and its 16 votes have yet to be awarded because the race remains too close to call. However, if the results in both Wisconsin and Pennsylvania were reversed (for a total of 30 votes), and Clinton were to win Michigan, then she would have the necessary 270 votes.
Though, there are yet to be concrete evidence in pushing stronger this very rarity in a U.S presidential election, but from all indication and point-liners, there seems to be a connecting dot involving an hacked system which could have produce such dangerous irregularities.

Effect of paper ballots in Wisconsin goes from 7 pts, like NY article, to 0 if you control for race education, density (true w&w/o weights,)
