Vatican send christmas message

Catholic Pontiff in his Christmas message at the Basilica has wished for a healthy world devoid of violence and trauma. The catholic Pontiff who expresses his love for all reiterates his unflinching desires into seeing that the world get back to the original conception as it was in the beginning of creation. At the Vatican, Pope Francis showed much love as he prayed for other nations who are currently experiencing hard difficulties in trying to regain peace, truth and absolute stability as it regards national unity and developmental strides.

The Pope prayed for the Syrian situation as he hope the war torn nation regains back her monumental loss that has ravaged them for over five years now. His concerns and honest solemnity also reached the good people of Aleppo whose land has been the most hit in this whole Syrian devastation.

Peace to men and women in the war-torn land of Syria, where far too much blood has been spilled.  Above all in the city of Aleppo, site of the most awful battles in recent weeks, it is most urgent that assistance and support be guaranteed to the exhausted civil populace, with respect for humanitarian law.  It is time for weapons to be still forever, and the international community to actively seek a negotiated solution, so that civil coexistence can be restored in the country".

The catholic Pontiff also wished the Israeli and Palestinians better days ahead as they seek a permanent resolution to their long standing animosity. " May Israelis and Palestinians have the courage and the determination to write a new page of history". Also, he observe a moment of wellness to the people of Iraq,Yemen and Libya.  

Pope Francis who also preached for peace in Africa couldn't but put into consideration the most populous black African Nation -Nigeria, as he prayed for the Almighty to intervene in their current moments of trial most especially in the issue of terrorism that has devastated the lives and properties of thousands of people. "Peace to the men and women in various parts of Africa, especially in Nigeria, where fundamentalist terrorism exploits even children in order to perpetrate horror and death".    

The Catholic Pontiff also prayed for countries like Colombia, Venezuela, Eastern Ukraine among some other nations who now find themselves in very precarious situations. "

"Peace to all who, in different areas, are enduring sufferings due to constant dangers and persistent injustice.  May Myanmar consolidate its efforts to promote peaceful coexistence and, with the assistance of the international community, provide necessary protection and humanitarian assistance to all those who gravely and urgently need it.  May the Korean peninsula see the tensions it is experiencing overcome in a renewed spirit of cooperation".    


"Peace to the children, on this special day on which God became a child, above all those deprived of the joys of childhood because of hunger, wars or the selfishness of adults.
Peace on earth to men and women of goodwill, who work quietly and patiently each day, in their families and in society, to build a more humane and just world, sustained by the conviction that only with peace is there the possibility of a more prosperous future for all".
