Super eagles coach makes new statement

No doubt the Nigerian National team coach cum technical adviser Gernot Rohr hasn't been anything but superlative considering the recent form and recorded wins by the national team. Rohr who took over the helms of affairs shortly after the eagles missed out of a very vital cup of Nations qualifications, have been doing his best to seeing that the team succeeds in her quest to making the 2018 world cup scheduled for Russia.

With major changes and tactical placement in the team, Rohr has been able to place the super eagles on a very high pedestal of victory given the technical deficiency that has hover round the team spirit in recent times. Most notable are his recent world cup qualifiers in which the super eagles have soared high despite playing against very fierce opposition that majors up their shoulders at par with the best.

The German tactician who has also introduced some fresh legs into the vibes of the team has also injected the winning mentality into the players who before now had just their individuality flair to show.

However, in line with keeping up with this trend of successes, Gernot Rohr has once again made another statement of facts which just as the previous could be the next in - thing for the national team.
According to the German tactician, the national team will henceforth cease to any kind of friendlies with any team to whom they are higher than in terms of rankings. Rohr in his reason was based on the fact that teams lesser than the super eagles in rankings adds little or nothing to the tactical strength of the super eagles.

Secondly, the move was taken to help the national team boost their rankings as well. This owes the fact that FIFA uses such as a determinants in most of their decisions especially in seeding for tournaments.

The German tactician reached this in absolute conjunction with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF)
