Residents of Zaria reveals the unholy activities of Shiites group

Following the clash between the shiites group of Nigeria and the Nigeria Army, a judicial panel of inquiry has been set up to look into both the root and remote causes of the said incident which happened in Zaria sometime in December 2015. The Judicial commission which is yet to come out with a detailed report about the clash is still investigating the role played by all parties involve, the supposed faults of who and the who is right part.

In a visit to Zaria by the commission, the resident of Zaria, in kaduna state reveals the untold hardship been melted on them by the so called shiites group of Nigeria been led by their leader Sheik Ibrahim El-Zakzaky. The resident who complain about the unholy activities of this group expressed their dissatisfaction over the intimidation been carried out by this sect group in their various communities.

The fact finding mission and visit by the commission reveals that the shiites group have been running a parallel governments for over 20years now with their activities not conforming to what a responsible religious group is all about. The residents who also explained how they have endured gross harassment and intimidation from this group implore the FG not to allow the said group return to the place again for the overall good of her people.

The commission members who earlier paid a courtesy call to the Emir's palace to explain the purpose of their visit also visited the residence of the leader of the shiites group at Gyellesu, Hussenia, the spiritual headquarters of the movement at the PZ area as they also took a cursory sight at the supposed mass grave where bodies of victims in the said clash was buried.

In a related development, Amnesty International on human rights has accused the Nigerian Army of human rights violation, an allegation which the Nigerian Army has since denied stating that such allegation are not only baseless but unnecessary to say the least. The Army who clearly vindicated their stand on the matter explained that the Nigerian Army has always respected the sanctity of human lives and will always respect the rules engagement in all her dealings.
